1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TruStudSel application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether you are a registered user. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website and may notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Access to the Service

TruStudSel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TruStudSel at any time.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Restricting access to your device
• Assuming responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TruStudSel, a TruStudSel employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm TruStudSel or users of the Service or expose them to liability

8. User Conduct

As a TruStudSel user, you agree not to:

• Post or sell illegal, harmful, or fraudulent items
• Upload or share offensive, abusive, or obscene content
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to breach the security or functionality of the Service
• Post or share nudity or sexually explicit content

TruStudSel reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these terms.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your information.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

TruStudSel does not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TruStudSel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
